The V.A.V. (Visual Arts Visuels) Gallery is a student-run exhibition space, supported by a Concordia Fine Arts Undergraduate student fee levy. Concordia students of all identities and levels of experience are encouraged to participate. Concordia is located on Kanien’kehá:ka traditional territory. La Galerie V.A.V. (Visual Arts Visuels) est un espace d’exposition géré par des étudiants et financé par la Faculté des Beaux-Arts de l’Université Concordia grâce à une cotisation étudiante (premier cycle). La Galerie V.A.V. encourage la participation de tous les étudiants, quels que soient leur niveau d’expérience, leur approche ou leur appartenance identitaire. L’Université Concordia est située sur le territoire traditionnel Kanien’kehá:ka.”

Programming Info

Exhibitions are held all year round, changing every three weeks. As well as the regular exhibition schedule, the VAV also hosts a variety of special events and projects throughout the year. These include collaborations, workshops, lectures, panel discussions, the Art Matters festival and the Annual Graduating Students’ Exhibition.
